Sarah Delvin

I undertook my first degree in Medical Microbiology from the University of Surrey, and then worked for a variety of companies including Pfizers, the Brewing Research Foundation and Underwriters Laboratories, before settling down with my husband in Dorset to work for Biogenesis in Immunoreagent Product Management. I paused my career to bring up my children and as soon as they were old enough I re-trained back at Surrey in Nutritional Medicine. I am currently in the last few months of my MSc dissertation project, for which this leaflet and website was created.

Whilst undertaking my MSc I have volunteered for almost 3 years in Dorset NHS Community Dietetics and Eating Disorders. Working with dietitians was a wonderful experience and it ignited a passion I have for alleviating problems experienced by people in relation to extremes of food intake.
