Butter bean and Za'atar Dip

2 minutes preparation. No cooking required.


Ingredients

  • 400g can butter beans, drained

  • 2 tbsp of za'atar (a mix of ground sesame seeds, sumac, thyme, marjoram and oregano)

  • 2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • 5 tbsp of 0% fat greek yogurt

  • Sea salt


Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blitz with a handheld blender until smooth.

  2. Top with more za'atar if desired. Serve with wholemeal pittas or sliced peppers and cucumber.
