Ingredients
400g can butter beans, drained
2 tbsp of za'atar (a mix of ground sesame seeds, sumac, thyme, marjoram and oregano)
2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
5 tbsp of 0% fat greek yogurt
Sea salt
Method
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blitz with a handheld blender until smooth.
Top with more za'atar if desired. Serve with wholemeal pittas or sliced peppers and cucumber.
